Thank you for visiting the Chyaaa.com website (the “Site”). Access to and use of the Site and related services(collectively, the “Services”) are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service and any other rules posted on the Site(collectively, the “Terms Of Service” or “TOS”). Please read the TOS carefully before browsing or interacting on www.Chyaaa.com. We recommend you should keep a copy of the TOS for future reference. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service.
This agreement does not acknowledge any relationship between you and Chyaaa.com and does not entitle you to hold yourself as a representative of Chyaaa.com.
Chyaaa.com reserves the right to modify the Site or any part of the TOS from time to time. You are advised to check the Site often to check the update or changes to the said policies and agreements, the Privacy Policy, and the TOS. - Impersonating others or providing any kind of false information.

If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the TOS, we may deny you access to this Site on a temporary or permanent basis. Chyaaa.com reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion.
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
In order to make purchases on the Site, you must meet our eligibility conditions:
- Be aged 18 years or over;
- Be in possession of a valid credit card issued by a licensed bank acceptable to Chyaaa.com for payment, or a valid PayPal account;
- Providing valid and accurate personal details (real name, phone number, email address, and other requested information as indicated); and
- Providing payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you authorize Chyaaa.com to process a charge or charges on your credit card or PayPal account in the amount of the total purchase price of your order. You also expressly authorize us to use personal information provided by you to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks, and also to, where necessary, transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties including, but not limited to, credit reference or fraud prevention agencies, which may keep a record of that information. The products sold are supplied for your domestic and private use only. You should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes, or any other commercial benefit. In addition, Chyaaa.com reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Chyaaa.com will endeavor to ensure that the Content and the description of the products displayed on the Site are as accurate and complete as possible. We, however, do not warrant that “Content” and product descriptions are always accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
The images of the products on the Site are for illustrative purposes only, and although we attempt to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the images accurately reflects the true color of the products.
PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on the Site are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) in Hong Kong SAR.
Prices displayed on the Site at the time your order is accepted will be honored except in the case of obvious error. Whilst we use our best endeavors to ensure that all prices appearing on the Site are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to rectify any errors.

The Chyaaa.com Software, all HTML and other code contained on this Site, and its “Content” (which is defined as, or includes, any text, audio, video, graphics, photographs, and images) are the intellectual property of Chyaaa.com and are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
This Site is for your personal non-commercial use only. Any non-personal and/or commercial use of the Content is only permitted when expressly authorized by Chyaaa.com and/or its third-party licensors. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, data mine or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site. Nothing in the TOS is intended to affect your rights under the Law in Hong Kong SAR.
LIABILITY
Views expressed in any media by the designers, companies, or third parties, whose products are sold on the Site or with whom we are associated, are their own. Chyaaa.com takes no responsibility for any such views as they do not necessarily reflect ours.
Chyaaa.com does not guarantee that the use of the Site and Services will be error-free or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We recommend all users of the Site to ensure they have up-to-date software, including anti-virus, installed.
Some events may happen beyond our reasonable control, such as adverse weather. Under such conditions, Chyaaa.com will always do its best to aim at maintaining its Services but will not be responsible for failing to meet any obligations in this TOS.
LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY
We accept liability for death and personal injury arising from our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to affect your rights under the law (see "Your Rights" above).
We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach or negligence, indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us (for example, loss of profits or loss of opportunity).
We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the TOS where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
INDEMNITY AND WAIVER
At our request, you agree to compensate us fully and hold us, Chyaaa.com (including its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers), harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages, and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the TOS by you. This includes the use of the Site by any other persons using your account caused by your action or inaction.
If you breach the TOS and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the TOS
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The TOS, together with all our policies and procedures, are governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong SAR law. The relevant courts of Hong Kong SAR will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these TOS.
In case of discrepancy between the English version and Chinese version in respect of all or part of the contents on the website, the English version shall prevail.
